A huge video of the biggest indoor women's event of the year, this, the first of the three videos made by Mac, has footage from a number of different games played on Saturday, to the sound of jazz. This was the first year running Uni Indoor Regional qualifiers, and as you can gather from the video, it turned out to be a resounding success.

"We were looking through the photos and stuff from the brunel party and found a cool video of the "4 pint challenge" that we did in the bar place... Jimmy D played about with it and added a very fitting soundtrack to make a video which we feel is worthy of a place on the SE Ultimate site... it made me laugh"

Filmed at one of the last South-East Ladder League events of 2006, this well editted highlights video captures plenty of action, for the most part following the eventual champions the Mohawks as they defeat Brunel, LSE and Holloway, as well as containing some action from Brunel vs dD, and Mohawks 2 vs Roehampton.
There's a great feeling to this video, which seems to sum up the essence of the Ladder League nicely. It's a big download but well worth it. Made by Mac.

Sam Hird has put together this video following the Kings College London team, Thrown, as they try to qualify for Nationals at the Uni Women's Indoor Regionals 2005/2006, in Brighton.
"Be warned, I've moved away from the traditional hardcore metal soundtrack!"

The long awaited, definitive GlaxoSmithKline video. After months of tiny video clips bouncing around the internet from the , giving people a vague idea of how this fantastic game is played, I am now proud to present GlaxoSmithKline - the game - in all it's wonderous glory.
See the current world record being set, be amazed by the special moves of the Mohawks (Mac, Tequila, Bob and Felchers), laugh at the GlaxoSmithScore, then lube your table up and start a GlaxoSmithJam of your own!

Filmed at Roehampton Uni's grounds during their first Ladder League event, creator Jimmy D from Holloway speaks: "This is my first video that I'm happy enough with to release to the Ultimate community. I'm not one for trippy dance music so I stuck some metal to it and things turned out alright. I really enjoyed this game and I hope you enjoy the highlights!"

Plenty of clips of action, photos, randomness, frolics and bendiness, from the high's and lows of Brunel Flair 04/05 + friends. "It was made as something for us to keep so that we never forget the best year in the teams history..." Video footage taken by Gemma Taylor, compiled by Matt Gorham.

Highlight video from the Sublime v Aye-Aye nationals place playoff at the
SE indoor regionals this year. Only the first 5 mins of the game were
filmed, missing two huge layouts in one point from the MVP Dave (Aye-Aye).
However, the video does contain that throw. If you aren't sure what I am
on about - check it out. Safe.

Previewed at the South-East Indoor Regionals party, this highlights video features action from Mohawks 1, 2 & 3, Surrey Scorpions 1 & 2, and the Disc Doctors (Imperial College). It's been cut together really well, plenty of attention to detail, and features some awesome (caught point block) and hilarious (20 yard dump scoober throwaway) action. Things really kick off when Tequila scores the first point of Ladder League 05/06 as the music kicks in. Made by James "Mac" Macdonald.

Strange Blue had just lost to Brunel in the 1st/2nd Final at SE Outdoor Regionals, Disc Doctors had just beaten Sublime, and this match would decide who secured the 2nd spot at Nationals and who had to play the tough 3rd/4th playoff for the last qualification place. Quite a bit of effort has gone into various points of this video to sync it with the music, there are some comedy moments (GO! dancing Manny) and all the clip-worthy highlights are included to bring the running time up to over 8 minutes - well worth the 51mb download.

A compilation of all the best action (in the order it happened) from the 3rd/4th playoff between SB (Cambridge) and Aye-Aye (Norwich UEA), at the 2005 SE Uni Outdoor Regional Qualifiers held at Royal Holloway. This movie was knocked together quickly to a soundtrack which most will probably think doesn't entirely fit, but I enjoyed making it and am happy with the result. Features some nice grabs, layouts, exciting D's by both teams and gives a good feel of how the atmosphere and intensity of this game progressed as these two teams battled it out for the final spot at Nationals.
JB won MVP for this game - he's the one with the spin-around layout on a break force swing pass.
And yes, I know the start is speeded up. It's funny, alright? "Up!"

All the best footage from the Kickoff event, held in Brighton on 2nd Feb 2005 and featuring clips from Brunel, Mohawks, Disc Doctors, Holloway, UCL and Surrey Scorpions.
The soundtrack is heavyish but actually obscenity-free, and I assure you it is synchronious with the disc.

Played at the 2004 , this highlights video filmed from above the pitch contains plenty of excellent layout action, as these two teams really battle it out for qualification. As creator Josh says:
"A highlight video of a Sublime vs Aye-Aye match. I tried to get out of the habit of using crap music to accompany frisbee videos, but somehow ended up with an 80s synth extravaganza. Ah well. Enjoy."

This was the closest game at the Mohawks' "Kickoff" event for the - Surrey, close rivals and sore from previous season sudden-death losses, came out strong and hard against the giant Mohawks team, who fought valliantly to force many turnovers but struggled to convert them into points, eventually taking the game right down to the line...

(+ Disc Doctors vs UCL)
After thoroughly beating Disc Doctors, Brunel were fired up and ready to take this game to the team who would be their closest competitors for the day - Holloway Hammers. After a shakey start, Holloway got into their stride to take a few points, but it was too little, too late. Both teams were making layout bids on O and D, nothing in this match was ever given up on, and there's plenty of smooth flow.
This video also features some footage from Disc Doctors vs UCL.

66mb, 5.5min
A game played in Brighton, Disc Doctors were looking like Brunel's closest competitors but some reliable huck plays from Brunel helped them on their way to a convincing victory. This video features some funky slow motion replays of a D by Malcolm where a foul was called and later retracted, which, through the wonders of digital technology, you can now make up your own mind about.

55mb, 9min
The first game played at the Mohawks' "Kickoff" event for the , UCL fielding 6 players and Mohawks with a giant, hard to manage squad of around 18, playing on Mohawks' home turf in Brighton. Contains some good action as well as some mediocre examples of filming, as I struggle to get to grips with the video camera.

57mb, 4min
My first attempt at constructing a highlights video from some raw footage. It takes up 57mb, with a System Of A Down soundtrack which I managed to sync to some parts of the action. Not all, though. And it ends on a weird anti-climax, sorry about that. Still, overall I'm happy with it, especially the beginning, so here it is.

74mb, 4min
Weighing in at 74mb this is a pretty hefty file, but contains plenty of good footage. Unfortunately the soundtrack is fucking awful, so if you've any taste then download and start playing it at near enough the same time as you start the AVI. Remember to cut the sound from Media Player though or it'll be a horrible mess. Also contains one of my most favorite clips ever (pictured).

37mb, 4min
This highlights video has footage from several competing teams in the 2001/2002 qualifiers, to the tune of MC Hammer's Hammertime. The focus is on drops ("Can't touch this") as opposed to amazing plays, so there's plenty of amusing clips along with the occasional impressive one.
